Sentinel Home Solutions is a veteran owned, licensed and insured home services contractor and custom home builder based in 151 Glenwood Ln, Gray Court, SC 29645, serving the Upstate and beyond. The company installs and repairs roofing, exteriors, solar, HVAC, and standby generators, and builds custom homes, using its own crews under one written contract. Site assessments are free and every price is tied to a line-item scope of work.

Most of the failures we open up on repair calls are not bad materials. They are bad handoffs. The roofer stopped at the edge, the siding crew started past it, and nobody flashed the place where the two met.
Sentinel exists to remove that gap. We carry roofing, exteriors, solar, generators, and HVAC under one contract so the transitions are inside our scope, and we build homes with those same crews so the performance of the house is designed in rather than bolted on.

How a job runs
No mystery pricing and no disappearing crews. This is the sequence every project follows, from the first walkthrough to the documentation packet at closeout.
Site Assessment
We walk the property, get into the attic and the crawlspace, and photograph what we find. You get findings in writing, including the things that do not need work yet.
Written Scope
A line-item scope stating materials, quantities, and exclusions, with a fixed price. No verbal add-ons and no allowance games buried in the total.
Scheduled Execution
A start date, a crew lead by name, and daily progress photos. Materials staged before mobilization so the job does not stall halfway through.
Verification & Handoff
Final inspection with you present, a punch list closed before invoicing, and a documentation packet with warranties, photos, and commissioning numbers.
Every closeout packet includes photographs of concealed work, commissioning numbers, and registered warranties.
